hi all
This is a strange bug, and I'm not certain it's an orca one. Steps to
reproduce. Open up gnome disks. Press the f10 key to open up the menu,
and click on restore disk image. Pick a disk image and press the "start
restoring" button. To be safe you might want to create a fake block
device or pick a thumb drive you don't care about. Once the image
begins to write, orca performance immediately nosedives. It's not
unusable by any means but there is a delay between key presses and
orca's reaction to them. This is with current orca master as of five
minutes ago. Checking system monitor the cpu usave is relatively low,
with my first core at around 21 percent, and the other 3 at over 90
percent. However, I've seen all 4 cores maxed out without orca's
performance dropping. Do I need to produce a debug log? I'll also double
check with orca 3.18 to make sure this is indeed a master specific problem.
Thanks
