[orca-list] Orca sounds weird after reading a capitalized letter

Hi,

This has been brought up on the list before, but I haven't seen any 
mention of it, so I'm raising it here to see if @joanie is aware of it.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

1. Open gnome-terminal.
2. Type a capital letter, like F, then delete it using backspace if you 
don't have character echo on.
3. Press orca + backspace., or orca + enter so that Orca would say 
something.

Expected result: Orca should speak this information with a normal voice.

Actual result: Orca sounds weird.
