Nothing more than the occasionally verbosity. Sometimes you have to go
back over the same icon once or twice before  orca will read it but
that's really it. There are no major accessibility issues in the
terminals that I know of. I've tested mate's gtk3 version, in fact I
have it installed on my system hear and it's a lot better. But there's
currently a bug that keeps the desktop icons from reading so it's not
ready for the average user yet until the bugs get fixed. For those I
recommend normal mate, which is based on gtk2.
