Hello,
I think it's the other way round orca is not getting events from icedove
via at-spi thus it's not loading the gecko script.
I can remember there was an issue like this a while ago that some
libraries were placed incorectly on a 64 bit debian install thus mozilla
based apps were not loading their accessibility support.
See this bug report to check whether you might have the same issue:

Greetings
Peter

That means AT-SPI2 doesn't see it and the fix is to figure out what you
need to do to cause Icedove to talk to AT-SPI2 so that Orca will see
it.
I guessed something like that. I have to find why at-spi and Icedove
doesn't speak. In my debug, I can see some lines about Gecko scripts. In
the debug of the person I try to help, no lines concerning Gecko. Does
it mean Orca doesn't check Gecko scripts while the connection between
at-spi and Icedove is not established ?
