[orca-list] Odd,behavior related to table navigation

Hi all.
To reproduce try the following:

1. Launch firefox and open http://activemq.apache.org/.

2. After the page is loaded, press ctrhl+home.

3. Press alt+shift+left/right arrow.
In my machine orca announces not in the table, as expected.

4. Press the h key and repeat the step 3.
Instead of read not in the table, orca takes some time andreads some 
text of the page.

I can reproduce using latest orca from master and orca 3.16.2.
