I cannot reproduce this here. However, I get lots of this in various
gnome applications, weather, clocks, epiphany. The about, and
sometimes, particularly in totem, the preferences dialog opens, but
orca doesn't announce it. I have to press tab to actually get into the
dialog. This is probably a missing focus event or something
I'm still trying to find a sure fire way to get orca to lose focus on
the terminal, but so far I've had little to no luck, it's very
unpredictable
