Hey all.
My patch was accepted, and I've committed it to the Evince 3.16 and
master branches. There should be a new 3.16 release soon.

Hey José.
Confirmed. This needs to be fixed in Evince. I filed a bug along with a
proposed patch for Evince here:

Hi all.
Using latest orca from master and evince 3.16, try the following steps.
1. Open a pdf file using evince.
2. Press f7 to enable caret navigation.
3. Press the alt+enter key to display the file properties page.
Note that orca reads the properties with the labels and values correctly.
Now explore the screen using the tab key. Orca reads only the content of
the fields, not the labels.
Thanks.
