[orca-list] qt4 apps, orca3.16.2

Hello,
the following happened to an install of Archlinux using gnome 3.16.2.
QT4 apps stopped working. The qt-at-spi package was installed. In /etc/profile.d
the file qt-accessibility.sh was present.
the system is reinstalled now. However, I'd like to know for future
references how to reennable QT applications to speak with Orca.
The variable
org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications was set to screen-reader-enabled true
If someone has experienced where their QT apps stopped working with Orca.
Please chime in and share how to fix the problem.
