All you need to do is press alt+f2, run orca --replace, and press
enter. The only reason orca was killed is because since you ran orca
- --replace from a terminal, the process was tied to that terminal. When
you closed the terminal it killed all the processes tied to it.
Starting it this way won't have that effect. From now on when orca
starts at system startup, you'll be running orca from git unless you
remove it.
