I like ubunto. Can I get speakup with in ubunto? I also want to be able to
use orca.
If there any docs on how to get orca, speakup and ubunto going I'd
appreciate it.
Thanks.

For that task speakup is by far your best bet, cursor always keeps up
and if you use emacs or vim, you can silence the mode line.

Sorry, forgot to put this in my first email.
If someone could update me on what is out there. I've looked at vinux,
but
is that the best out there? My needs are fairly simple. I need to admin
some unix servers. I am not a huge fan of current ssh windows clients
either GUI, or command prompt. I can't stand the cursor tracking. I need
to be able to edit files remotely etc, and have the speech keep up with
me.
In years past, I used a box with fedora w/ speakup. I don't want to put a
huge amount of work into getting this working for my needs, but some work
is
ok.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,
I've been on this list for quite a long time, and it has been a while.
I what to know what is the best distro I can get to provide accessibility?
I'd like orca in gnome, and if it is still possible, speakup on the
console.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
