Re: [orca-list] [Support] java ATK wrapper no more crashing

Hi Magdalen and all.
Seems that problem happens if you've a file called lock in the ~/.netbeans/8.0.2 folder.

Create an empty file called lock in this folder and execute netbeans. The crash is imediate.
Thanks.

Hi Magdalen.
I attached the log file in the bug. To reproduce the bug I need only to call netbeans. For while I found netbeans and SwingSet2to test but I will give a try in intellij-idea-community-edition.
Thanks.

Hi Jose,

Thanks for letting me know about this.  There is currently an open bug for netbeans crash.[1] It may be useful to see the contents of /home/vilmar/hs_err_pid5287.log on there. What steps can I take to reproduce this? Can you confirm whether this problem only happens with netbeans or whether you can recreate running the wrapper with any other program?

Magdalen

Seems that the problem is back.

Hi guys,
I know that especially users of Arch Linux experienced crashes of Java
apps while running latest Java ATK wrapper.
The maintainer of java ATK wrapper fixed it yesterday, so pull from git
and try for your self. It looks good so far.
