[orca-list] Looking for up-to-date information of getting, building and using orca master

Hi all,

Google is giving me 3-year-old information on this. Does anyone have any more up-to-date documentation on how to build and use orca master? I'm specifically wondering:

* Where is it?

* Can I install/run it in a local, user-specific place so as not to break the version already installed?
