Hey Halim.

I've seen delays without Orca running when opening or searching within
large files in Gedit. So my guess is that it's Gedit or Gtk+. But I need
to look into it more in order to file a bug the developers of the module
can easily reproduce and fix. In the meantime.... Attila has filed a bug
against Orca: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=746432
