If you go to bottom panel with 'ctrl+alt+tab', and use
'ctrl+shift+alt+tab' to move to top panel, you should be able to arrow
do the wifi connections manager applet. Press 'space' on the applet,
and choose your network. Once installed, you can remove the bottom
panel, to make moving on the top panel easier.
