[orca-list] Launching Firefox from within Libre Office Writer

Hi,

I have a document in Libre Office Writer with multiple http hyperlinks.
Is there a way to launch Firefox on the http URI under the cursor
directly? Without using the clipboard?

Seems there should be--but I can't seem to find how to do this.
