I have a team here as well.
Just taht I really want to maintain a *professional* team and would want 
to keep them secured and satisfied in terms of Money as well.
We already have offers to do so, just that the right documentation is 
needed to do Orca scripting as a least.  Now that things have moved 
faster, I am expecting to start some thing this spring.
