I've always used VMware Player with Orca and found it accessible. It's 
been a while since I've pulled it up though and even longer since I've 
installed it, so it's very possible it's become inaccessible. I've never 
used Virtual Box, but it's also recommended, although I don't think the 
GUI is accessible.
