[orca-list] Announcing consecutive punctuation bug

Hi,
in say all speaking of consecutive characters seems to be ignored.
Would someone please confirm this?

In say all the above line would have said 19 equal signs.
However reading the line by itself Orca announces 19 equals characters
as the expected behaviour should be.
