[orca-list] Exit Orca in Thunderbird

Hi,

Can you tell me if you reproduce this:
1. Open Icedove 31, Orca 3.16, MATE 1.8.
2. Press the binding you created to exit Orca (here, ins-f4).
3. It fails here. If I do ins-f4 from libreoffice, the desktop or 
whatever, it works.

Could someone tell me if you reproduce?
