a quick google says me that the package is in the multiverse of ubuntu.

http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/libttspico-utils

did you enabled the repository in your source.list?

Hi,
how to install libttspico on ubuntu 15.04? when i try apt-get install
libttspico-utils , it say not found.
