Hi Joanie,
I think the current setting is perfect.
For those who don't feel it is correct, we can do what you said provided 
that after "3 of 3 " if the user presses down arrow he must know there 
is a seperator.
Chances are that a beginner might mistake it as only 3 items in the 
list, because that's what Orca said to start with.
