I've just added -s / --setup as a command-line option to master. It will
kill the running Orca (if there is one), restart it, and put you in
Orca's GUI. I hope this will address your needs -- and make it possible
for B.H. to rebind it as I have no idea what is causing his difficulties.

My situation is my Macbook-based VMware Orca machine. I currently do not have an
independent way to launch Orca Preferences in this vm. I have checked
with VMware Technical Support. It's possible to map the Ins key to
something, but doing so requires using a mouse. This is why I'm looking
for an alternative.
