[orca-list] double links in yelp

Hi all.
Probably this was already reported.

When I arrow using up/down arrow in a page presented by yelp, some links 
are read twice.

To reproduce:
1. Open a terminal session using gnome-terminal.
2. Press the f1 key.
3. Scroll in the page using up/down arrow.

In my environment some links are read twice.
Some examples:
introdution, overview of a terminal, ...
