I think it would be good to have a per-application sleep mode like NVDA - perhaps there's already a way to do this?

Dear all,

Oo widgets such as terminals, users may prefer using brltty or another
screen-reader rather than Orca to navigate into them.
Therefore, would it be possible to implement in Orca a preference to
disable it in e.g. terminals?
