[orca-list] QT5 apps not accessible with orca 3.12 on systems without GNOME

Hi,

I recently learned this while trying to use the rockbox utility in an 
Arch system with Mate as the only desktop.  qt-at-spi is in place and 
activated with qt4 apps, like Mumble client and VLC Player, and is 
working as expected.  Short of dragging in the entire GNOME desktop, 
what package(s) should we use, in order to make qt5 apps speak?
