I'm willing to contribute, too.
But as sighted user, I'd first have to get an idea of how a blind user
is using Orca (or screen reader/Braille in general). Hence I'm just
reading for now.
Meanwhile I'm patching some Firefox OS apps for a11y :-)
There's plenty of resources/how tos concerning this online ?

For GNU/Linux applications the only thing I found is AT-SPI ?
I'd look after making Sabayon Linux supporting it, then.
