[orca-list] structural navigation is not working in epiphany

Hi all.
to reproduce try the following steps:
1. Launch epiphany and go to www.google.com.
2. Search for anything in google.
3. After the results return try to press the h key to jump to a heading.
Nothing happens.
when i press shift+alt+h orca says:
error: could not create list of objects.
The same if I press alt+shift+l, alt+shift+k and etc.
