[orca-list] the behavior of the tab key in the command dialog

Hi all.
The problem described below  only can be reproduced if clutter version 
1.16.4 is installed.
To reproduce try the following steps:
1. Press alt+f2.
2. Type "fire", without the quotations.
3. Press the tab key.

Expected results: The box should  be completed with the sufix fox and 
orca should announce the completion.
Actual results: The completion is done but orca stays mute.

Unless I'm mistaken, this usually worked before updating clutter.
I suspect this problem has something to do with the following bug:
