[orca-list] problems to create a new key bind

Hi all.
I don't know if the problem is related to orca or to my environment.
I am using orca from master.
The problem is that when I created a new key bind, the new key bind is 
ignored.

I tried for example associate the 'copies the content under flat review 
to clipboard' to caps_lock+c .
The association is made but when I press caps_lock+c, nothing happens.

Even in learn mode, if I press caps_lock+c orca does not announce nothing.

This problem could be related to the fact that I've at-spi-core 2.13.90 
installed?
