The typing notification used to work in orca 3.4.2 and before.  I'll try 
it using 3.12 and Trisquel 7.  I find, in general, that notifications 
that don't work in full GNOME 3.12 and corresponding orca still work in 
Trisquel 7; note: it still uses the the old GNOME 3.10 fallback thing, 
but with orca 3.12.
