Try vinux or manjaro.  Ubuntu proper won't be getting the latest and greatest in Orca or Gnome.  Probably 
have to wait till 14.10 for Gnome 3.12.

i AM RUNNING UBUNTU 14.04 AND ORCA 3.10.3.  i AM ASSOOMING THAT THERE IS ANOTHER NEWER VERSION OF BOTH GNOME 
AND ORCA OUT THERE.  iN ANY EVENT, 
HOW OFTEN DOES ORCA GET UPDATES IN UBUNTU?   iS THERE A DISTRO THAT IS 
BOTH ACCESSIBLE AND THAT USES THE NEWEST VERSION OF BOTH ORCA AND GNOME.  wHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE 
LATEST VERSIONS.
