Hi Joanie,

Speaking for myself if this is what it takes to have a more consistent
web browsing experience I am all for it. Yes, I suppose some might
argue it is slightly more complex knowing when to enable and disable
the carrot navigation, but the advantage is grater accessibility. So I
think the pros vastly outweigh the cons here.
