oh yeah, I've seen this often. It seems to happen most often in
firefox when orca encounters a link, or series of links. ORca will
refuse to arrow past the link, and will instead loop back to the
previous couple of lines. The only solution I've found is to
control+right arrow past the link and hope orca will continue after that.
