Hey Rob.

I would need more specifics in order to try to reproduce it. But based
purely on what you told me thus far, my first guess is that Orca
believes that the document has started loading, but not finished loading.

What would be most helpful is having very specific steps (including
exact pages, version of firefox, keystrokes, etc.). Then I can look into
and fix it.
