You can't use your arrow keys to move about the text. I tried to do the
caret browsing thing, But that key didn't work. Let's take the Orca help for
example. I can get to chapters easily enough, but I have to hear the whole
thing and I am not able to arrow around it to get content consumption.

Especially since GNOME help is accessible -- and has been. So I'm a tad
