hi is there a ppa for speech-dispatcher so I can update to the latest
version in ubuntu 13.04 and get rid of the error message and bug in the
current one the 0.7 speech dispatcher or whatever they're using? I found
the .deb files I need to update espeak so that's no problem but finding
updated speech dispatcher seems to be not going well.
