[orca-list] Loading or editing preferences.

Hi!
I've got a handytech modular evolution which is a brailledisplay with a built-in keyboard.
However this keyboard seems not to be able to toggle numlock on or off.
I have tried several settings but none of them works.
So now i can't enable orca preferences.
Can this be done in another way so i can set orca modifier to capslock.
