[orca-list] accessible apps I found

I found two accessible apps that work well with orca. one is called 
winff and it lets you convert videos between formats and also to mp3. 
only issue is when its done converting and you hit enter Orca crashes. 
and also sound converter to convert between audio formats and sample 
rates works well too.
