[orca-list] evince 3.9.90 and ubuntu 13.10 (saucy)

Hi all, I wanted to try out the new pdf accessibility in Ubuntu, but I 
don't think Evince is able to communicate with at-spi/orca at all.  
Whenever I launch evince with or without a document, I get no speech 
access to any of the window elements.  I tried launching it in terminal, 
just to see if there were any errors, and I get a warning that there is 
an apparmor policy that prevents evince from registering with the 
accessibility bus.  Is this something easy to fix?  I would love to test 
this functionality, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
