[orca-list] beta of sonar 13.10

Hello list,

The beta for Sonar 13.10 is available for download. Right now it is
using gnome fallback and working pretty well. The only thing right now
is if you want to install it the install icon is broken for now. But you
can install by opening a terminal and typing

sudo ubiquity

This will start the installer. i'm hopeing to be announcing some new
exciting things for Sonar for the final release but for now if you want
to try it here it is.
