Linux definitely does.  It's how you get Ubuntu phones.  Also, there are
KDE-based tablets on the market right now.  And, then, of course, there's
Android.  Anyway, I think that if you want to use a device like a phone or
tablet running Linux accessibly, you will need an external keyboard.  I bet
you'll get some action from Orca that way.  Probably have to install all the
a11y  infrastructure by hand though.

I think Linux does but Orca doesn't. This situation will change whenever
