[orca-list] trouble downloading cepstral voices

Hi
on vinux with orca 3.4.2 I am having trouble downloading the cepstral 
voices. when I hit enter on the voice I want nothing happens. no window 
opens or nothing. I am running linux 64bit so do I need 64bit cepstral? 
also when I hit tab the links are not even focused on at all.
