It is present in Orca 3.10 as well; it's not a regression in Orca. Also,
this problem doesn't occur with Firefox 24; just Firefox 25.

So I'll add this one to my to-do/to-check list as part of the rewrite of
Orca's caret control for Gecko and hopefully come up with a solution
that works for both.
