Hello,
I am using orca 3.10.1 and libreoffice 4.1.3.
After pressing F2 key in the calc spreadsheet notification that focus 
has changed is not present however I can still arrow left and right to 
edit a cell content.

I guess this is not orca master specific and might appear in libre 
office 4.1.X updates.
