[orca-list] Update on Firefox 25 and getting stuck in/around list items

Hey all.

At least one of the Firefox 25 bugs is definitely a Gecko bug; Mozilla
needs to fix it. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=935254

The above bug definitely accounts for Orca getting stuck in list items.
It may or may not also account for sluggishness, skipped text, and caret
jumping to unexpected locations. I'd like to verify if this is indeed
the case. So.... If you have a test case that is fine in Firefox 24,
broken in Firefox 25, and has no list items, please give me very
specific steps with which I can reliably reproduce the problem.
