Hi, Luke:
Actually, my packages are slightly newer ...
orca-3.8.1-1.fc19.x86_64
at-spi2-core-2.8.0-3.fc19.x86_64 and related
gtk3-3.8.6-1.fc19.x86_64 and related
I'm on Fedora 19 with full updates.

Hi, All:
I was up early this morning ttrying to get some work done via Firefox.
Orca was unaccountably crashing--over and over, on very simple
structures, i.e. radio buttons and drop downs.
This has been reported for ubuntu 12.04 as well, this is with Orca 3.4.x, at-spi stack version 2.4.x, and
GTK 3.4.x. Are your package versions similar?
Luke
