[orca-list] Orca gets stuck in lists

Hi all.
I don't know if this is related to orca or firefox 25.

To reproduce try the following steps using firefox 25, I am not sure if 
the same happens with firefox 24.

1. Go to http://www.williamhart.info/an-emberjs-beginners-tutorial.html

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.

3. Press l to go to the first list.

4. Try to read line by line using the down arrow key.

On my machine orca always comes back to the beginning of the list.

This is with orca 3.10 and orca 3.11.

I'll downgrade FF to version 24 to check if the problem also occurs.
