[orca-list] Buddylist Is Not Responding...

Since upgrading this GNOME to 3.8, in Opensuse 12.3, I find that pidgin
messenger will, often, fail to launch, with the 'not responding'
message, and the 'force-quit' or 'wait' options. If I hit 'wait', it
never launches. If I quit, and try again, it may work. Empathy always
launches, but the contact list is not usable.
Any ideas?
