[orca-list] problems with capslock+tab in FF

Hi all.
I've noticed that occasionally the combination capslock + tab does not
perform the expected action.
The expected action in my laptop is goes to the next form field but when
I press capslock+tab,, it jumps to the next link.
If I restart orca the expected behavior is restored.
Unfortunately I have no way to reproduce the problem consistently.
