[orca-list] Orca and reading by character

Hi,
I tried the latest Sonar 13.04 with Orca 3.8.0.
I have noticed a bug while reading characters with arrows or deleting
with backspace.
Sometimes it happens that after the first press of an arrow, orca
doesn't read anything and after the second one, both characters are read
consecutivelly. This happens also while deleting characters.
Could this be fixed? It happens in terminal as well as in Libreoffice.
